At The Stop Trafficking Project®, our goal is to end domestic minor sex trafficking (DMST). Our focus at The Stop Trafficking Project® is awareness that leads to prevention on the very front end, so a student:
We want to disrupt this exploitation before it can start.
To combat domestic minor sex trafficking (DMST) before it
starts by utilizing the four strengths of: communication, leadership, team development, and compassion.
At The Stop Trafficking Project ® we are driven to identify vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
FIRST: We educate and empower trusted adults who work with students through local community presentations. Our students need the engagement of the trusted adults in their local community.
THEN: Our age-appropriate student assemblies engage students and allow for immediate impact.
For minors, there is no greater place for their vulnerabilities to be exploited than through their online lives—social media, gaming activities, and chat rooms. By addressing these vulnerabilities, we disrupt the exploitation of these minors before it can start.
That’s how long-term impact is made. Together, we can END it BEFORE it STARTS™.
We offer encouraging reality checks by discussing the reality of DMST in the local community. We offer BeAlert® presentations where we bring education and awareness about the truth of domestic minor sex trafficking (DMST) in our local communities.
Your resources can bring this message of hope to local communities. The Stop Trafficking Project® is a 501(c)3 non-profit registered in the State of Kansas. All donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
You can become educated about the issue of domestic minor sex trafficking (DMST). We believe caring adults can't do anything about the issue of DMST until they know it exists.
The Stop Trafficking Project® is actively and aggressively involved in awareness, education, and prevention to end domestic minor sex trafficking (DMST) via our strategy called BeAlert®.
You can be the one who opens the door for presentations to the students and caring adults in your community, or for a professional presentation to your organization. You can schedule a BeAlert® presentation for your school or professional organization.
